I always get a kick out of doing "creative" retrofits. Retrofits that challenge our creative side and also our installation capabilities. After more than 3 years of doing, I am still passionate about vehicle lighting and I hope it shows in our projects. One client who had 2 cars retrofitted before wanted a new setup. Better projectors and our new LED bar for DRL function.

Here's the result which IMO has a good balance of OEM look and upgraded styling. Love this FD.

S30 bixenon projectors (our best bixenon unit), with Osram Cool Blue Intense bulbs and OEM 35w ballasts plus our custom DRL

Hi Gary, naalala ko you advised me against putting LED DRLs inside my headlights because they're not that durable. I noticed that many of your retrofits now have DRLs inside. Has their quality improved since? And does the ASX require special LEDs/DRLs? Would you still advise me against putting DRLs inside the headlights? Thanks.

The LED bars I use now are OEM spec, not China made leds or those strips you find sa mga auto accessory shop so comfortable ako to retrofit it.

So Gary, your OEM LEDs/DRLs are specific to certain car models and can't be used on the ASX? Thanks.
