come to think of it, ang talagang tatamaan neto ay ang UBer, kasi diba halos puros Vios ang Uber and Grab. that will mean more overhead expenses on the part of the driver / owner, pero same lang rate ng Uber.

swerte yun mga Uber driver na nag Hyundai accent. we're gonna see a splurge increase of Hyundai soon in this segment.

alam nyo naniniwala ba talaga kayo sa law of karma

ano ba naging problema this year sa vehicle industry

so many unruly motorcycles - biglang P6 / liter increase sila
so many Uber / TNVS cars unregistered / contributed to traffic - biglang P6/ liter ang overhead nila
people from the higher end with their apathy and greed, nag-unahan sa luxury cars, pumila, nagpalakasan, mga smugglers nag-import - yun pala babagsak presyo ng luxury cars

indeed, law of karma at work. ang galing naman ng Duterte govt. whenever they act or do something, ang tinatamaan eh yun hinde mo in-expect. parang hurricane, magulat kapitbahay mo sabog buong buhay, pero yun isa kapitbahay intact na intact parang walang nangyari

if we are to follow the letter of the law that the lawmakers are supposed to uphold. we should adopt a progressive tax system. which means tax should be imposed depending on the payrate of an individual. bakit mo babawasan ang tax sa hi end na kayang bayaran ng bumibili nun? im not apolitical person pero mga ganito nakakamot ng ulo

alam ko ULS ko ano pa nag tataas, e-commerce and online stores, kasi tataas ang overhead ng LBC / Fastrack/ GetGo na puros motor ang gamit. suddenly building your online stores and websites and sell lower than malls, hindi na din mangyayari.

2 weeks ago, may article about the Sys being contrarians and lagi nila ni-re-reshuffle ang design ng store nila to cope out with threat of Lazada and Amazon. kita mo dept. store ng SM, ngaun parang national bookstore na. somehow, this will help the SM Malls coz if online buying will be more expensive that just going to your nearby mall, eh di dun ka nalang bumile sa nearby mall

kaya pala tayo sila ng tayo ng mga malls, imagine Ayala Malls dabi magbububkas, pati mga convenience stores. eto ang sagot sa tanong ko kung may future ang malls. kasi lately, lagi ako tambay sa Ayala Malls and been spending there coz walang tao, naawa ako so dun na lang ako nag-grocery and namimili at nag-dinner, dun din ako nanood ng Justice League. I wanted to help out our community mall dito sa Ortigas. right now, may isa pa ako kinakaawan, eto bago Podium, as in talaga naman langaw, kaya lagi ako may binibile sa SM Marketplace. pag nagawa na rooftop neto, dun na ako mag-dinner.

I like to help out my community by bolstering commerce. yan Lazada, hindi ko tinatangkilik yan, bad trip ang CS nyan, wala ka mapapala sa reklamo mo. in a way tatamaan na yun free delivery nila ngaun kahit less than P1k. that P6 increase will definitely make them go back to the drawing table and re-assess yan free delivery na

i think overpriced ang luxury vehicles dito sa Pilipinas, and with this law into place fixed at 20%, then hinde makakapag-create ng artificial demand of luxury level pricing ang mga luxury car dealers, it will also lessen smuggling coz tama na ang rate ng luxury cars. eh baket pa mag-smuggle kung tama naman ang taxation diba.

this is good news I guess. na-organize na din ang pricing ng luxury cars.

the reason why gasoline motorbikes far outnumber electric scooters

nobody's giving up their gasoline motorbike kahit tumaas ang presyo ng gasolina

pinoys like being around other people... lots of people

if gasoline gets heavily taxed the long-range electric scooters will become viable. they're out there just waiting to be imported from china

We still have a significant number of coal power plants. Pass on ang tax nyan for sure. haha
eg. Coal mining -> coal powerplant -> electricity (meralco) -> consumers

update: exempted pala si semirara sa tax increase. Means small players lang ang affected
