if you went directly to a dealer, this is their normal set up . to submit your profile / application to several banks and to get better chances of getting approve. but for myself , I only suggest getting it with my Acct officer, I got my 3 cars (auto loan) from her bank and so far she gave me good advices and the monthly amortization is really the best among all banks.

Pero I'm good payer po in other bills like sa mga internet connection or phones under my name and etc. SO in-house financing pwede po ba?
. Pano po kaya gagawin ko? (pauwi napo ako ng feb because my contract just finished)

Sir, you will most likely be denied with bank financing. If in-house, you have a chance to get approved, but interest will most likely be outrageous (the higher interest rate due to your record with your unpaid credit card).
Best thing to do is to pay the credit card first. Call the bank and say that you are willing to settle, please ask for lower interest rates. Note that your case will most likely be with a collection agency (which your credit card issuer will be able to refer you). If you get to talk to the collection agency, ask for a lower interest rate on the payment.
