Spoke with one of the SA's. They do allow it pero panibagong approval na naman with bank and worst they can't guarantee that you'll be approved. Hahaha.

Hi, I have already Full bank P.O from PBcom but the problem is the dealer na napuntahan ng broker ko parang iniipit yun kukunin na unit. I/we are getting a Hyundai Accent hatchback A/T color Black which is since November pa unang dealer is Hyundai Q.Ave unang mga week is meron but di nila marelease release for a certain reason. take note nasa dealer na un unit. so I advise my broker to transfer it to other Hyundai dealer so we transfer it to Hyundai Commonwealth and meron din un color black na unit but still it take for us 2 weeks more or less di nila marelease release. same nasa dealer na din un unit that time. so I advise again my broker to transfer it to other dealership so now it's Hyundai North edsa na and almost 1week na din kami nag iintay maayos un release nung unit. same din nasa kanila na din un unit for almost a week na din pero di pa din nirerelease. ask ko lang ganun ba talaga katagal pag hindi ka inhouse financing sa dealer?diba pag bank P.O consider as cash na un? Ang sabi kasi ng broker ko is mas preferred ni dealer un mga inhouse from them kesa sa bank P.O kasi maliit lng daw % ng dealer sa bank is that true?

Yup thats true. Hindi priority ang cash buyers at bank p.o. sa mga ahente dahil mas maliit ang komisyon nila. Stand your ground kawalan nila yan.

show them how you feel. go to the competing brand and buy their product, instead.

What your bank can do is increase the dealer incentives. Ask your agent kung ano require nilang DI para naprioritize ka, then ask your bank if they have that option.

Well to be honest sir almost or lagpas 2months na ko nag hihintay since october inaayos na ng broker ko un nasabing unit until now even paiba iba un dealer same story.

show your displeasure via your wallet.
you might even get better after-sales service, from the other brand.
    heh heh.

Yung rate kasi na ibibigay sayo is based din sa DI, Pag mataas ang DI tataasan din yung rate mo. Parang dati yan nung hotcake pa yung montero 4%DI require ng Mitsu pag direct bank financing

Natry mo din bang kausapin directly yung ahente? I talked to my agent sa Hyundai north edsa and 1DI lang nman yung requirement nila. Magaantay lang daw kung wala talagang unit.

Iba computation ng metrobank sa rate pero if ikocompare sa ibang bank rates nila for 5 years is around 24-25%. Mbtc is one of the lowest rates around and most of the time meron silang promo na free chattel mortgage fee and insurance. When it comes to approval medyo matagal lalo na na if you dont have banking relationship

9.32% what? Per year? In 5 years? Effective rate? Add on rate?
