Btw ano auto ba plano mo kunin?
Baka nasa 1m mark na kaya na decline/deny ka sa loan

I removed my moms name as my comaker kaya mukang mas nareconsider ung other income ko. Plus madiskarte din ung tumulong sakin from PSbank, tnry niya muna for different unit ung loan ko tapos nung nag okay nag change unit na kami ulit.

yes pwede. just ask your agent, he/she know what to do and mas gusto ng ahente ang in house financing

Guys nagtry kami mag pa compute and pa approved thru 2 dealers... no commitment naman, fortunately wife got approved sa psbank daw meron daw kasi siya savings acct.

Question is what if direct kami magpunta sa psbank and apply to get a lower rate possible ba?

yes possible to transfer just cancel the approval from the dealer and have it transfer to your branch for direct application and lower rate but brand should be different

Thanks kishan...what do you mean brand should be different?.... we tried toyota wigo and the other is mitsubishi mirage...what if sa other dealer na ko if oks sa branch namin.

problem voter's I.D lang meron ang mother ko, so mukhang hindi kami
makaka pag open ng account sa PSbank dahil 2 primary I.D ang kaylangan para sa debit.

My mom is already 56yrs old, pahirap naman sa kanya kung mag aaply pa kami ng passport to get a new valid I.D and it takes 9 days if rush.

Ano kayang magandang gawin? o mabilis na paraan para makakuha ng Valid I.D

pero mas preferred ko debit which is pwede naman daw mag open lang ng saving account.
