Well, less than 35 years later, the 1st nuclear reactor was invented by Enrico Fermi and his team at the University of Chicago.
My point is, the concept of a "water-powered" car may seem insane now, but another 50 years down the road, it may well become a reality.
Petroleum companies like Exxon Mobil and Royal Dutch Shell may well be bankrupt then.
