It's more than having sufficient government support; it's also about having the right kind of invention. One that's actually feasible and realistic.
The device known as the KHAOS Gas Saver had its fair share of government endorsements, yet more than a few people can attest that this product is just another phony.

do you have any idea what you are talking about? convert ordinary hydrogen to deuterium?!!!! ordinary hydrogen has 1 proton and 1 electron. deuterium, an isotope of hydrogen, has 1 proton, 1 neutron and 1 electron. is dingle God that he can also CREATE matter?
btw, ordinary hydrogen chemically uniting with any oxidant will have the same energy value as deuterium chemically uniting with the same oxidant. it does not matter if it is ordinary hydrogen, deuterium or even tritium that unites with oxygen, the energy equation is the same. it is true that deuterium is the source of energy of the sun and the stars, but that reaction is a NUCLEAR FUSSION, not a chemical reaction. chemical reactions are very much different from a nuclear reaction (whether it be a fission or fussion reaction).
i suggest you take time to read some books on physics and chemistry so you will at least know some basics about why this particular invention has not been taken seriously by anyone. this is also for you to not be so easily duped by scammers like mr. dingle! mr. dingle's "water-powered car" is a scam. everyone knows about that lie for 3 decades already. it's such a laugh that there are still people who believe that liar.
