I saw dati sa Beyong 2000 this Norwegian guy who developed a water-powered metal cutter. Water was burned and it produced intense heat for cutting metal. He couldnt control the water burn though for use in compression engines. If he can burn water though, why not burn water to heat another water chamber which would produce steam...then they can come up with a steam engine instead The old 1920 steam powered cars had packed a lot of power and speed

The question is how much electricity do you use to turn water to flame?

Another group is pushing water-charging for cars. Their lead product is a water-powered welder.

What it is is an electric-powered electrolysis system that separates water into hydrogen and oxygen, then burns them together. Yes, you can fuel a welder with water, but the power itself comes from an electric generator or the wall socket.

Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

Actually I think the more ctical applications of such a technology right now is in the Philippine Navy - Imagine, if their boats would run on water, they could have boats which would perpetually run in the sea!

Also, for power generators so that we can put electricity in small islands too

"I say that because only days ago, Honda engineers formally announced that the company is now marketing water-powered cars. Water as any Chemistry 101 student would know has two parts hydrogen and one part oxygen. By coming up with an engine that manipulates the mixture, Honda water-run cars are now ready for the world market," talumpati ni Pimentel.
"In that respect, we lost the race to come up with our own native discovery of water-run vehicle. From 1986 to 2007 is 21 years. For 21 years, we took no note at all of the invention that had the potential to save millions dollars worth of gasoline imports money that could be used to build roads, schools, hospitals, and a thousand other things and make us less dependent on the Middle East for our fuel needs and on other super powers for our other needs," buwelta ni Pimentel.
Noong 1986, sinabi pa ni Pimentel na inilapit niya kay dating Pangulong Corazon Aquino ang formula ni Dingle at mabilis naman nitong inirekomenda sa Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) ang invention ng nabanggit subalit nagwalang-kibo ang mga opisyal ng kagawaran.
"After the short ride, she (Mrs. Aquino) asked me to refer the invention to the Ministry of Science and Technology for evaluation and possible support. Immediately after the test drive, I did exactly as she asked me to do. I referred the matter to the MOST," ani Pimentel
Tinabla lamang umano ng MOST official, kasalukuyang Department of Science and Technology (DOST), ang imbensyon ni Dingle at siniraan pa ito sa publiko, gamit ang katuwirang nangangailangan ng gasolina ang sasakyan bago ito tumakbo.
"The lackadaisical attitude displayed by the bureaucrat at the MOST towards the Dingle invention, I believe, has cost us the billions of pesos that we are spending and have spent through the years that kept our vehicles gurgling on gasoline instead of on water," ani Pimentel.

I am not sure about water power... but I know Honda has been long into developing Hydrogen powered cars. They already have a few units in regular test use.

Maybe the article writer simply confuses the concept of "water-powered" and hydrogen power vehicle.

That was a front-page story on today's issue of local tabloid Abante Tonite, a publication which also happens to take potshots at the administration. So as far as credibility is concerned, there you go.

If Dingle himself, a supposed inventor, couldn't satisfactorily explain the mechanics behind his system, there's no reason to believe a politician like Pimentel knows what he's talking about, either.

This is correct. Actually County of Los Angeles has two Hydrogen powered cars leased to the Honda Corporation. This technology is very expensive to built that is why is not on the public market and you cannot bought this tecnhology from Honda.

Whoever could invent a water powered car (coldfusion) is miles and miles of breaktrough in the name of Science and Technology. Imagine what would the SAUDIS people react about this. Anyway, if you could invent one, you will be the richest man in the UNIVERSE.

I think there is a way, if you hit the water frequency. There was a person who used electronics and was able to run an engine for a short while but the problem was the water frequency kept on changing.

I think Dingle's a fake too but I wouldn't say it's impossible.

Imagine what the Wright brothers went through when they told the world they invented a flying machine.
