City driving varies by 2-3 km/l, depending on how bad the traffic is. Some people can even get highway mileage by their choice of route and time of travel.

10 km/l should be possible in a Revo in the city, given the right conditions.

    2005 Xterra SE 4x4 4L V6= 6.58Km/L mixed city/highway
    1998 Lancer/Mirage GSR 1.5L= 13.16Km/L mixed city/highway

Both driven with a heavy foot. Average speed is between 120-145KPH on the freeway with the ocassional trip to 185KPH but not on the Xterra which has tires speed rated at 170KPH, the Lancer has V rated tires so it's good to 240KPH if it could run that fast.

    2006 Hyundai Sonata V6 update:
Combined city/highway driving to and from work and easy on the pedal(max 97 kph): 10.1 km/L

From a trip to Nevada ~80% highway driving and cruise control (set at 121 kph): 12.1 km/L
(Also with driver and 3 passengers + luggage on board)

All driving with A/C on. I imagine city mileage will be much lower in traffic-clogged Manila.
    Tank capacity: 17.7 gal (67 L)

Add: It's easy to calculate the Sonata's gas consumption because of the onboard trip computer. The Contour doesn't have one. So I don't even bother. But, it sips gas compared to my Sonata. The 91 Plymouth Laser RS Turbo gets around 14.4 km/L minimum. There's no city driving where family is in NV (speed limit in town is a strictly-enforced 40 kph).

Tank capacity for the Contour is 14.5 gal (55 L) while the Laser has 15.8 gal (60 L)

I hate your state. Sounds like you have the clearest roads in the world!

    Update 2:
After that amazing 14 km/l (amazing for the Philippines) going North, I've had up-and-down consumption.

Installed aftermarket headers on the car. Got one quarter tank of 8 km/l (hard driving, ECU still adjusting), then two quarters of around 12 km/l (city driving, light traffic)... great mod! Less choking at low revs (damn EPA regs... ), more power, smoother engine performance.

i used to average 10 km per liter on petrol too kaso high way driving yun

kapag city driving nakaka 8 km per liter ako

nung nag LPG ako naging ganun i got an answer na check nyo yung kabilang thread on LPG convertion

What mpg can I expect from LPG?

About 20% less than you would normally get from petrol. However, as LPG costs approximately 50% less, the price difference more than compensates for this drop.

(For more details, see Economic performance) See how much money and CO2 emissions you can save by converting your petrol vehicle to LP gas - click here.
