For the first question, I average 12.4-12.8 km/l on a 2004 Mitsubishi Adventure diesel, using biodiesel as fuel. Lately though, I've been consuming 11.8 km/l on my last two trips to the pump. I attribute this to a slight issue with my vehicle's present aerodynamics.

For the third question, yes, gas-saving devices are for real. That is, for real suckers. :D

if you attach around 20 gas saving devices. 1 liter of gas will last 100 kilometers.

Most accurate way? Save up, fill your tank to the brim at a trusted gas station...'1st click' is best. Note time of day. Set your tripmeter to zero. Drive normally until your tank is almost empty. Go to the same station, exact same pump, at the same time of day, and load the tank to the '1st click' again. Record amount of gas used. Divide tripmeter by gas to get km/l consumption.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

Pag nagpa-full tank ka, reset the trip meter to "000". Drive the vehicle as you normally would. Then on your next trip to the station, pa-full tank ka ulit. Take note of the distance (km) traveled as shown in your trip meter, then divide that with the amount (liters) of fuel that has just been pumped into your tank. The answer is your average fuel consumption for that period.

EDIT: Naunahan na ko ni niky eh.

depends on where you drive. In my corolla 1.6L a/t, I get around 6 to 8 km/L in city driving. Typical areas where I drive are manila, makati, mandaluyong, san juan & quezon city areas.

I can get slightly over 13 km/L if I drive out of town.

    are gas-saving device for real?
No, so far NO gas saving device have been proven effective as claimed.

yun strada ko sa 55 liters average full tank, naka 550km++ city-driving but I do avoid bumper to bumper rush hour.

my brod's getz crdi, 14km/liter city driving with rush hour traffic and within break-in period of 1000km. siguro mag-improve pa after first pms.

yun L300FB namin, binigyan ko ng 500 pang-gas yun driver (from almost empty) Manila to Tagaytay to near entrance of Evercrest last Sat. Typhoon and back. madami pa natira almost 2/5 of loaded P500 diesel according to meter. once, short ako sa cash binigyan ko lang 300 + pang tollfee yun driver, nakabalik pa din from round-trip Tagaytay hehehe.
our FB is equipped with dual-aircon.

Manila to Tagaytay then back is roughly 150+ km, last time I recorded with my strada.
