i have this "ISTURBO CHARGED" for a year na, di ko pinapansin kci nabili ko ung kasama na cya at sabi ng tropa ok daw. after reading this thread sinubukan kong alisin kaninang umaga and ito po ung result.

route SUBIC<>SM SN FERNANDO(almost every week po ako lumuluwas)

with ISTURBO(before)
-mahina ang hatak
-rpm 2000 (yan na po habit ko)
-600 pesos gaso XCS
-diretso sa SM.

without(this morning)
-lumakas hatak
-rpm 2000
-500 pesos gas XCS
-20 mins standby sa mechanic ko with A/C(usap kmi mechanic)
-25 mins standby sa auto shop with A/C(mainit ayaw bumaba ng kids)
-SM

before ako nag gas 1/4 then karga 500 gas naging 2/3. arrived ako subic 1/4 gas then gas-up uli ng 500 balik 2/3 uli.

-2000 rpm(minsan more kci overtake ako sa makukulit na trucks)
-a/c on
-may konting hataw
-15mins standby sa jolibee with A/C

pagdating ko ng house yesterday ung gas ko mababa lang konti sa 1/2.

same car...PH16 A/T(mods:simota and mags 205/45/r16)

I just bought a second hand unit with a Khaos installed.

With this thread, i was able to save my ride. I immediately detached Khaos. I hope it is not yet too late.

With regard to engine performance, is it a safe indicator that once in awhile water drops from the muffler while the engine is running?

ako din meron niyang KHAOS pero after a month ay inalis ko din. sabi nila mas-effective daw ito sa mga bagong sasakyan. i doubt kung may mag-lalagay nito sa bago nilang sasakyan. 1997 D456 engine yung sa akin. humina ang hatak kaya inalis ko....

The appearance of water at your tail-pipe actually means your engine is burning your fuel at near ideal combustion conditions (ideal air to fuel ratio).

More often you can see water dripping from the tail pipe if the exhaust is relatively cold. Once it gets hot, water vapor will not have a chance to condense so it just exits the tail-pipe in vapor state.

mga paps bakit sa otto ko effective naman. last february ko pa to pinakabit. hindi lang talaga ramdam pag city driving. 7 - 8 kms lang per liter.pero nung umuwi kame nung bakasyon. inakyat ko sa laguna then dumiretso kami ng candelaria quezon. naka 14 kms per liter ako. medyo hataw pa me kase ngrace kami ng utol ko. o baka naman dahil lang sa xcs ang pinakarga ko. extra mile ika nga.. heheheh

It's called highway driving.

My toyota corolla 1.6L A/T does 6-8km/L in city driving and does 13+km/L highway driving, all with the a/c turn on.

ah ok. i tot nakatipid na me using my khaos gas saver. may switch naman to kaya iturn off ko nalang. pwede pa kaya irefund to? para din kase bumaho ung amoy ng tambutso. tapang! kala ko ba no pollution? sayang naman bili ko.
