Twin scroll ball-bearing turbo (JDM STi has twin scroll turbo but not ball bearing, international 2.5li sti has non-twin scroll, non-ball bearing turbo)
Lighter (aluminum doors, trunk)
Tuned dampers and springs
Aesthetically:
Different front chin
No sideskirts
Different wheels

The RA models have dampers tuned by Toshihiro Arai, front chin and most of the optional braces STi sells. The 2006 RA-R has that funky 6-piston front caliper that starts off silver, and turns gold when it gets hot.
