Nope, unlikely as the US is the biggest market for Subaru. PPV platforms are not present out there. Subaru has the Ascent as its midsize 3-row 7-seater crossover contender against the Explorer, Pilot, and CX9. These vehicles are much better in terms of ride and handling against PPVs.

I was really amused when I found out that my cousin had 4 subarus (all in white) Sayang it's not all in the garage, but the latest is the one in the right and he was so happy with it (not sure if we have that in the ph?)

^^^ Toyota just increased its stake in Subaru to 20% but Subaru will not become a subsidiary of Toyota.

Wow VW is really suffering from that decision to do a china model only lineup to increase margins and maintain competitive prices. Only 55 sold in 2019.

They should've retained the Golf & brought in the new Polo.

Exactly. I believe the golf was their best seller right? Very iconic too. Even the Polo to a lessee extent.

Is the Tiguan still being sold? That should be a good seller too

the big part of the casa's income comes not from car sales, but from servicing them cars.

if it takes 3K to have one's car serviced in the casa, it would probably take 1.5K or less, to have that car get the same service, in banawe.

Malaki naman kasi yung volume kaya maganda rin kita. There are probably rebates too from hitting sales targets.

And there are other ways for them to earn aside from service. Insurance, accessories, "in house" financing, etc.
