While they achieved 12% growth in 2017 compared to 2016.

Hyundai's 12% growth was below par as the market grew by 17%.

Also alarming was that Ford only grew 9% last year. This was despite the Ranger and Ecosport growing double-digit. Their biggest seller, the Everest, had a flat year selling only 12,455 units vs 2016's 12,453.

I would attribute this to the recovery of the Montero Sport nameplate, after suffering a big hit from SUA issues. This also explains why Mitsubishi is growing vs year ago - they had a low base in early 2017.

HARI's sales of H-100 also helped their growth because of the phase-out of L300 FB vans. Without it, sales would have been lower.

That I don't know. Most probably euro 4 compatible since it is being sold currently.

For some reason, mas marami akong h100 na nakikita sa kalsada vs. k2700. They have similar sizes naman at engines pero afaik, mas mahal ang kia kaya siguro onti lang ang kumukha nito. Pero bakit ganun, mas mahal siya kaysa hyundai?

    Branding and market positioning bro.

Actually, phased out na pala yung k2700 dahil hindi sya euro iv. So ginawa ng kia naglabas sila ng k2500, which has a powerful 2.5 engine na euro iv at crdi na based on the grand starex ata. Pero ang mahal na. Umabot sa around 1.2m ang fb body variant eh.
