I think, sa mga recent models na nilalabas since last year, Toyota ang isa sa mayroong at least dual airbags and 3 point ELR sa rear seats.
Innova, Wigo, and Avanza's seatbelt for rear middle passenger (Innova also has it sa 3rd row middle passenger) is located sa ceiling ng vehicle.
