Baka ganun nga ang purpose ko sa mundong ito, maging guinea pig, and an essential piece to bring out the much needed push for Chinese Cars to prosper here in the Philippines.

    Ayos ba?

Anyway, I am scheduled for another test drive tomorrow morning, pupuntahan naman ako sa bahay. Dalhin ko na dun sa lubak lubak, and my wife will be driving it also. So, who knows. Maybe.

Ahaha! Come on guys, please convince me not to. What vehicle can I buy that is 800K?

Baka kasi pwede mag 850K ang SX4, Soul, and if available, probably the Carens, so tignan ko mga to on Friday.

Actually, that is actually ideal, magipon nalang muna to buy something higher. So when to stop yung pag-iipon? For example I could now afford a Sportage, but can't afford a Santa Fe, should I just wait and magipon muna?

Actually for 800K, there are alot of "reliable" cars na, I can get the Adventure, Crosswind, Innova, and the like, thing is, I want something that I would love, not something that I practically need. And so far, the Haima7 sits in between the two.

Unless I aagawin yung pagtingin na yun ng SX4, Soul, or Carens, or other cars on that matter, on Friday. Ehehe!

Wag ka Masyado magpaniwala dito, Go!

Kung noon araw wala ng bumili ng Starex, Hyundai will not be in its position right now.

Ano ba yun? Yun binanbantayan ko yun kse baka Stares Part 2.

Actually Chinese Cars are NOT BAD at all, some of my Chinese Friends in Shanghai are even more satisfied with the performance of the HAVAL H4 by Great Wall than the Honda CRV.

So why not give it a try...

Done with the 2nd test drive, off-road, as in dun sa dinadaanan ng mga 18wheeler trucks for quarry. All I can say, is wow. Even my wife is surprised, she's seating at the back with the baby. Matubig tubig nga doon eh, tapos lupa. So parang moon yung dinaanan, ganda pa din idrive. I was really surprised.

Oh by the way, the 'busted' light at the tail light? There's a rear fog lamp, and it's on just the left side, the same place on the right is where the reverse light is. So, para nga syang busted na kaagad yung isang tail light, but really, it's not, ganun talaga yung ilaw niya.

hay... I think I am sold. I don't see anything wrong with the car, aside from the fact that it is a new brand, and is made in china.

Great CUV, if it were a Toyo or Mitsu, it would probably be a best seller.

Yes it would be a good CUV if it's a Toyota or Mitsu but the thing is, not all people actually have a taste for these brands. Maybe we are all created with unique tastes and preferences and we'd rather be happy with our choices by following our hearts and not by being too practical and always being on the safe side.

Isipin mo sir naging practical ka at kumuha ka ng Toyota or Mitsu or other Jap brands pero pag may nakakasalubong kang Haima 7 eh nadudurog naman ang puso mo.. Hehehe.

Go for it Sir. If your heart feels it. Just clear things with the dealer regarding the PMS. The cost of the PMS is attributable mainly to the parts like oil and filters. Ask them if they will allow you to bring your Oil and filters to minimize the PMS costs. If they will allow it without corkage and without voiding the warranty, then SOLD! Labor and minor suppleis na lang babayaran mo sa kanila, which i believe will not be more expensive than KIA's or Honda's.

Pictures sir ng interior and review as soon as you get hold of it. Congrats Sir. I will never forget the Wonderful feeling everytime one drives a brand new unit from the CASA, that brand new car smell, that brand new car drive, the looks you get from other people..I'm sure you'll have a very wide grin on your face from the CASA to your house..:naughty2:

Ano ba yan, pataas na pa naman din ang mga stocks ko. ahaha! But I have to pull the other out, for the downpayment.

Anyway, Boss Hanren, that is really a good point. It's like settling for someone else's opinion, tapos kapag nakikita mo nga yung gusto mo eh, napapailing kana lang. ahaha! Thank you, Sir.

Boss yourman_2nd, PMS, hindi pwede ang sariling oil, but still, every 5K naman sya, and that's about 6 months na sa akin, average ko yan with my current car. Pwede naman Semi or Fully Synthetic. They just follow some strict guidelines. Well, I have to follow, important din kasi warranty.

Sa BPI 20% DP, 13.6K Monthly. Free Insurance and LTO.

Just waiting for the bank, nag-apply ako kahapon. Baka may decision na later or tomorrow.

With Haima, you're buying Ford/Mazda parts and engineering at Chinese prices. You don't want a Chinese car made out of spit and cardboard. The Mazda-based Haimas are definitely not. Hell, there are Japanese and Korean cars that are of poorer quality than Haima.

The horror with buying most Chinese cars is the possibility that it's a fly-by-night company that will be dead in the country within the next few years, leaving you stranded with a car with no parts and no support.

Haima is supported by the Laus Group, which owns some of the biggest dealerships (different brands) in the North, and who are proceeding with the brand introduction at a slow pace to ensure a proper supply chain of parts. Support and longevity of the operation are virtually assured.

And if that doesn't assure you, since the Haima is based on Ford/Mazda technology, most of the suspension and drivetrain components are interchangeable with the original parts. There are some spec changes in the materials and suspension tuning, but you can use them in a pinch. Just as with old Kias and the Mazda vans and trucks they were based on, and old Protons and the Mitsubishi's they were based on.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

The only thing I didn't like was the feel of the transmission but everything else had Mazda Tribute written all over it, except it actually looked and felt better. If I remember correctly, the engine is already at least Euro 4 compliant (baka nga Euro 5 pa). Decent power and torque, too, but nothing like a CRDi. If I remember correctly, quality control standards/process are pure Mazda so the only question in my mind would be the quality of the alloys used. Crash test results should verify this (I have no data or links, however).

More than adequate safety features (2 airbags and ABS) plus tire pressure monitoring and other trimmings. Non-body panel parts are supposedly plug and play with stuff you can buy at MazFord in Banawe (I cannot confirm this). The looks aren't bad too, if you can look past the Haima badge. You can always have it removed if you don't like it.

parang nung nag-uumpisa rin ang Sorento, daming hindi tiwala. palit din Kia badge mga bumili kasi walang dating Kia noon. after a few years, look where Kia now

Thank you so much, Sir. Actually, your review with the Haima Family II helped a lot in my decision.

Hmm.. May Bank CI pala talagang nagaganap, tinawagan ako nung BPI Auto Loan, hindi daw mahanap yung bahay. Ahaha!

If ever nagtuloy tuloy na talaga ang Haima7, I would like to merge this thread with the Haima S3 SUV thread, possible ba yun?
