Kaso gusto rin ni TS ng image kasi manager siya.
A 2nd hand Camry, maybe?

It will probably be worlds apart in terms of everything compared to a Chinese-made vehicle.
830k
750k
Silver one looks fresh. CASA maintained and is apparently flood-free. Description wise, it looks worth it. And it looks way better than the Haima, even if it's 2nd hand bought. After all, a Camry is still a Camry.
oo nga, 2nd hand camry! toyota na, luwag pa sa loob, di pa alog ang mga babies mo.
don't buy a pick up kasi may coming baby ka. alog ang utak nun sa suspension ng pick up, bad for the baby.

^ Esp if 3-5 yrs old pa lang at CASA maintained pa. Sulit na sulit sa P750K. May tawad pa yan, pang-detail at kape-kape. hehe
2nd hand camry is alright, but I don't have 750k lying around, so financing ang route ko.
Pickup, di pwede, galit na galit si misis kapag hinihiram ko yung frontier ng tatay ko, kawawa talaga yung mga nasa likod.
Speaking of Haima, I was thinking it's okay, because Laus Group won't invest on it if they know they would close down in say 5 years. Then came my realization of the Optra, I hope Haima won't be like the Optra, problems with parts and things like that. Horror stories from here and there...
Also, maybe, Chinese Cars impresses us sometimes because our expectations are too low. But I'll still test drive. They will be the one coming to the office anyway.![]()
Who said you have to pay it in cash?
There are banks at Clark, right? Banks usually have repossessed cars lying around. They can be financed.
Or ask the owners themselves. Usually they are willing to have their car financed, they will be paid in full cash by the bank anyway.
Though it seems you favor the Haima7 already. Get what your heart tells you so you wouldn't have regrets in the end.
a favor it a little, because somehow it fits my needs, sakto sa budget, at malaki. But totally not decided yet. Just infatuated by it, I suppose. So, I may change my mind after I tested it and asked about a million questions. I was even asking the real sales figure for the haima 7, not from the agent, though.![]()
sakto sa budget mo, because of the cheap price. ang nakakatakot lang, baka singilin ka sa repairs
Im not into sedans kaya na surprise ako na 750k nlng pala pricing ng 2nd hand camry. Kala ko mas higher pa.
If i were you ill get a camry. Nagooffer naman ng financing kahit 2nd hand e or you can loan.
Just curious, any of you guys have first hand experience of a chinese car?
Another thing to note, A Haima7 vs Ford Escape, price difference, about P300K. That's about additional 6-8K monthly. Now tell me, do you think I would spend that money just fixing the Haima7 in a span of 5 years? And besides, it has a 3 year warranty, so, defective parts can be replaced. Also, to note that the Ford Escape also has this probability that it has defective parts in that span. Don't you think saving lots up front is a good thing? I think that is one reason I am "considering" it. I am not sold yet, because I have yet to conclude my research.![]()
Aside from the cost of the repairs, having a car break down and brought to the casa means you won't be able to use it for a time. How long that span of time is would vary from a day to a few months.
The Escape has a better track record than the Haima (or any Chinese vehicle for that matter), hence the notion that it's more durable.
The general consensus of this forum is to be wary of Chinese vehicles, particularly because they haven't been tried and tested yet. Of course, for the car companies to get a shot to prove their worth, someone has to buy them. So if you ever take the brave route and risk your hard earned cash on a Haima, it'll be good for everyone as it adds to the number of people who can testify for or against the brand/car.
Actually it's not really the cost or money. Just what like sir jut said, you won't be able to use it for days, weeks or months. Hindi lang yun yon, isipin mo yung hassle na masiraan ka in the middle of the road. Plus si baby pa. Buti kung adults naka-sakay di ba. But that is just our suggestion. No one knows kung reliable ba ang haima. So malay natin kung matibay pala. Atleast malalaman mo talaga. Plus kung eto talaga gusto mo, might as well go for it. Para mas masaya ang feeling everytime sasakay ka
just imagine you have your wife and 2 babies in the car on a rainy night on a road where there is no help. your celphone is dead (low bat, no signal...) do you leave your family and go get help? do you stay and send your wife to get help? do you stay in the car, cold and hungry, babies crying cause you ran out of milk, paano na yan? or what if it is an emergency, rushing someone to the hospital? you'll just end up blaming yourself.
don't compare china to korea. the koreans make good products because they strived to make their products better. the chinese on the other hand are not driven by the same corporate values. they are money driven, greed is the norm (remember the milk mixed with melanin). your kia pride is a good car because they strived to make it that way. remember the kia pride was sold as the ford fiesta in the US in the 1990s. it was a kia-mazda-ford. haima does not have the same pedegree. it is a cheap chinese reverse-engineered copy made from substandard materials and processes. chinese steel is cheap because chinese steel was made cheap.
laus group ang dealer ng haima. yup it's a big company, but that is no guarantee they will not abandon the brand if all does not go according to their business plan. may warranty ka nga na 3 years e yun kung andyan pa ang dealership. paano kung bigla nawala? remember the haima dealership may be laus group but it is set up as a separate company. who will provide your warranty if the company declares bankruptcy or dissolves? di mo pwede habulin ang laus group, separate company yun. gaya yung mga cherry qq may warranty din yun ah. asan na sila ngayon, wala ka na makita.
peace of mind bro. kung ako sa iyo i'd rather keep the tried and tested kia pride than get that chinese unknown.
Those are the questions I will definitely ask the SA later. Also, the SA told me that at least 30 units of the 7 are sold. I am confirming this with the tax people.
Actually, Haima is kinda following the footsteps of Kia, as Haima is a result of a previous connection with Mazda.
I will look into the car later and will let you guys know.![]()
Dude its so obvious naman na Haima gusto mo kaya ika nga nila "follow your heart".
if that is what happened, can't Mazda sue Haima, or at least to have the countries, like Australia, to ban the Haima from being sold there? Or they still have the partnership? Makes you think.
Yes, part of my heart goes to the Haima7, until such time my research has told me otherwise. Part of me goes to the Kia Carens, if they still have stocks. No sense talking about the Kia Carens, as it is highly recommended here. Highly recommended, but never really bought it themselves.
