I doubt that 17km/l claim. I know someone who has the 4X2 AT and city driving is around 9km/L. Not bad for the size pero 17km/L is way overboard!

We knew that such claim is bullocks but at least the poster should be decent enough to post a believable one, or he may support it with pictures or anything that proves he was able to attain such FC.
For trucks in that category average FC ranges from 9-12 km/l. 12km/l is a conservative one, there were even some who got like around 6-7 km/l (baka galit sa selyenador.

August 9th, 2010 11:00 PM #54dati sa strada ko nasa 10-12km/liter engine is 2.5l. ngayon gamit ko is hilux 3.0 nasa 7-8km/liter. pero sa tingin ko mas sulit hilux. habang tumatagal ang strada gumagaspang ang tunod ng makina.
best value siguro hilux coz 1. mataas resale value( para sa akin pinaka importante to) 2. maganda quality hindi tulad sa ibang models madaming issue (as far as i know naging issue sa hilux is yung 2.5l engine nila, yun lang) 3. matagal maluma ang porma ng hilux nde ka basta mag sasawa.
