    Wishful thinking... but...

If they come up with a mid size ladder frame SUV:
    - with the Trailblazer's engine power (200/500)
    - Everest's dashboard and safety features
    - Montero's transmission (8AT) and FC
    - Fortuner's parts availability and resale value
    - MuX's pricing strategy
    - and outgoing Montero's discount promo (less P200k)

Then, we'll all be happy buyers.

    Again, just wishful thinking here.

    OT:
i think this video is the perfect example how power-to-weight ratio affects the overall performance of a car

    AGERA VS BUGATTI

on paper the bugatti is up by 60 hp and also has more torque that is up by as much as 300 nm compared to the agera. but the drawback lies on the curb weight of the bugatti.

The safety features are only available sa totl at the moment. Maybe 2-3yrs down the road it will be offered on the 4x2.

The montero gt 4x2 in thailand has all the features. But with the current pricing from mitsu ph. It will be a hard sell.

White wash! hehe Nice picture. Both are good but one is better than the other.

Its healthy to compare because you will be able to know that the Montero is the best except the rear oh yeh!

Results based from the video 0-100 KPH with 4 adult passengers driver included

    1. Montero 2.4 4x2: 10-11 sec
    2. Montero 2.4 4x4: 11-12 sec
    3. Everest 3.2 4x4: 11-12 sec
    4. Everest 2.2 4x2: 12-13 sec
    5. Fortuner 2.4 4x2: 13-14 sec

The Montero Sport with driver only might easily get 100KPH in less than 10 secs or maybe 8-9secs in 4x2 GLS variant!

Wonder how the 2.8 Fortuner would perform.

You start counting from the time the speedometer moves. That's the most accurate calculation of the 0-100 kph
