2017 Pajero BK, still a good buy?

Update guys, pahirapan kumuha ngayon units. As of now, wala mabigay mga dealerships. Majority has stopped taking orders since they can’t keep up with the demand. After 4 months, pang-10 parin ako sa pila sa isang casa, pang 6th naman ako sa isa pa. Asked provincial dealerships near Manila, wala din.

Depende po sa Sales agent kung ma-diskarte..

Indent order po ito, waiting time, nasa 6 months..

paano ko po ito nalaman?

Kung hindi po ako nagkakamali, dapat merong silang counts of vehicles na pasok dun sa shipment para hindi lugi sa delivery.

Kasi ang indent order lalo sa local dealer..

BK pajero at Montero Sport 4x4 MT, kahit yung GT TOTL model, tapos V6 version, pwede...

Hindi po nila stock yan sa Planta...

grabe tlaga nging effect ng supposed excise increase.. wonder if our contact in mitsu makati was saying the truth when she said maguaranty daw nya unit sa december if di matuloy yung lc namin. shes not really sa sales but she handles all our cars' insurance. they hold office there sa mitsu. dont know if their company owns the dealership or vice versa

oh shucks, alam ata ng Mitsu ang end price ng Pajero by January 2018, since this is a luxury vehicle at 2.5M ++ after discouns. plus 60% in excess of 2M , this Pajero will easily get the 3M srp in less than 2 months. grabe ang excise tax, makatarungan ba talaga yun i mean this is an old model tapos maging 3M

I have 2 SA’s in two dealerships in which nakapila ako. Wala sila mabigay na unit and wala assurance sakin kung kailan sila magkakaroon. Granted na magkaroon this Dec, enough kaya para sa lahat ng umorder? This uncertainty made me decide to search for contacts inside Mitsubishi. Buti nalang may family friend kami na owner ng dealership, sa province nga lang. Good thing they were able to secure a special unit for me at Batangas Port Mitsu warehouse. They used their “dealer option”, hehe. Anyway, have a unit na and had to travel to Pangasinan to get it, hehe.

yun lang, merong reservation fee, para ma-priority, then deductible naman sa DP..

Swerte nyo at yung family friend nyo ay may ari ng franchised, talagang priority kayo...hehehe

Naalala ko tuloy dati noong, 2004, 4months after na nabili ng parents ko yung first car, client ni ermats dati yung hyundai edsa sa makati.. katakot-takot na alok at discount ang binigay sa amin, pero too late na rin kasi nakabili na ng sasakyan..

BTW: kung pwede naman kunin sa bauan port.. para hindi na lumayo, kung sa pangasinan pa mangagaling, pwede rin para ma break in...

Mahirap magrelease from Bauan port, kailangan ma-invoice kasi sa isang dealer muna. Once that happens, then Mitsu will deliver the units to that dealer.

By documentations, from Customs, for clearance sa taxes, then pasa dun sa Distributor, for QC check sa unit, then si Distributor, once na pumasa dun sa QC, pasa dun sa mga franchise branch para i-released na ok ang unit...

grabe noh, nun bumile kami ng Pajero last 2013, halos ipag-duldulan ng SA samin yun unit, with a 300K discount. tapos ngaun biglang naging HoT item na naman etong car na to. eto ang tinatawag na classic comeback kid. eh kasi naman talaga maihahalintulad talaga sa Land Rover Defender series eh, imagine 70% diesel , 30% water/contamination , tatakbo pa din. eh kasi nga pang Australian outback or African Safari 'tong car nato,, these old school diesels do have a following on its own.

and since the Prado is much much more expensive, this is the best choice for value for money. Sa Kyoto, when I was there, eto lang ang dalawang big suv na gamit ng hapon (plus the explorer box edition, i dunno why pero madami meron nun duon), Prado or Pajero. Kyoto is a province so yun talaga purpose nya sa Japan. tingen ko nga magkasing presyo lang sila duon pero dito difference of 1M.

For me, ride is better than my previous Everest and Montero. Good thing may VGT na, gave the Pajero a little power boost. Although meron pa rin talaga turbo lag.
