    Patrol already has spyshots na
    Land Rover released the Defender
G Class also is being secretive pero seems like they too have been testing all over Africa yun pangtapat sa Land Rover

So Pajero and LC na lang ...

can you help me if I am in the market for used 2012-13 Pajero BK, which is a better choice, the 3.8L gas or the 3.2 diesel engine? which is more reliable? how is the maintenance comparison?
    Thanks a lot!

    Yes!! NO sunroof !!!
    2012 Pajero, Carousell

Kung may extra cash at garage space sana...

I think the BK diesel has been proven reliable. Not prone to the same ignition pump failure as the CKs since they changed to a Densi CRDi pump from their previous cam-driven setup.

The BK diesel models also use a different transmission. The V5AWF is a Toyota-Aisin design instead of the Mitsubishi-Nissan-Jatco V5A51 used in the CK and the petrol BKs. I believe this is of minor importance, since the Jatco transmission wasn't unreliable, though some literature rates the new Aisin transmission as "good for 400k kms", while the previous Jatco unit as "good for 360k kms".

Not sure if it's also solved the brake-master-accumulator issues, but I haven't heard about it in any BK groups.

Long story short Mitsubishi learned from all the weak points of the CK and basically solved those in the BK. Even the A/C vents hold up better.

Napa window shop lang sa online. Hehe.

Supply and demand siguro.

Yung injectors seals ang medyo maaga bumigay pero mga after 15 years pa yan or more. Mura lang naman online kapag need palitan. Or as preventive maintenance use Diesel Kleen by Power Service or same fuel additive.

Still a good buy if comfort and timeless looks matter to you. The monocoque chassis rides smoother than most newer ladder-frame SUVs. I’d pick the dual tone more classic Pajero vibe.
