left field choice, sell the everest first then get a prado albeit gas only. diesel variant i think is out of budget

Get the explorer for the more modern ammenities, tech toys, paddle shifters, panoramic sunroof and ultimately more powerful engine. Gas shouldnt be an issue

+1 for CX-9 if you could wait for one. Here's a review comparing it to the other 3 row crossovers.

Thats a good alternative. The prado is a bruiser and a looker. Its got presence.

Since your everest is still very new, i would sell the e90 and replace that with the Prado.

Toyota Prado? ... add a little more and you can get the Toyota Land Cruiser ... now that would be good enough to replace the Ford Everest and also the Ford Explorer ...

The LC200 costs 1.5M more than the V6 Prado. Put differently, that's worth 1.5 Prados.

I don't think that's "a little more".
