January 17th, 2006 04:44 PM #71sir,
Bought a car last December 05 pero kaka-register lang ng previous owner last Oct 05 (0 ending kasi). Pero I want to transfer ownership na.
Question: pwede ba pa-transfer ownership kahit di pa pa-register? Or kailangan sabay na para registered na sa name ko?
Pls. advise, balak ko na kase lakarin this week. thanks!

January 17th, 2006 05:14 PM #73Thanks sir!
Sir, another question, may nakapagsabi sakin na pwede raw sa Camp Karingal kumuha ng clearance, sa may Sikatuna village daw, totoo ba to? Ok sana kase taga-QC ako, layo kase ng TMG-Pasig (o Pasay ba yun?).
Thanks in advance!

January 17th, 2006 08:49 PM #76Im about to buy a car that I think has been in an accident recently kaya binebenta. If I buy the car, do I have any liabilities to the other party incase maghabol sila? I dont know the circumstances of the accident or whose fault it was.

nope.. no need to let the current owner sign something. ang mangyayari, is may receipt of payment ka lang dun sa current owner acknowledging receipt of your payment.

much better if the seller can give you a clearance signed by the other party before getting the vehicle.

for me dapat yung seller ang nagtratransfer nun sa name ng bibili, unless ayaw pa palipat ng new owner for any reason. at least that's what i do when i sell one para kasi di mamroblema yung buyer.
How about 97 LXi?
