Oo nga, over-reaction talaga... and the guy admitted it and apologized to the sales rep. He was just so excited about buying the car, and he had managed to wrangle financing, all the legal papers and all the requirements for the purchase in one day that he was really taken aback at the thought that he couldn't get it right away.

Kaya nga, it's important to make sure that the customer, if they're really set on buying, doesn't leave the dealership without a vehicle.

And, no, it's not a Honda Civic... please note the date of the first post. Guess nalang kayo kung anong tsikot yun... I'll never te-ell... I'll never te-ell...
