One senior sales dealer lost the deal and commission. She's far from being incompetent, and she's really nice and accomodating. Pero since sobrang palpak ang branch nya (daming testimonies na bulok talaga service dun), damay sya tuloy. Tsk Tsk.

True... dealership horror stories can color people's perceptions of the dealership as a whole... kaya nga ayokong sabihin yung tsikot at yung dealership, as it was really just a rookie mistake.
