what dealerships tend to miss is that car enthusiasts have forums like this ... both GOOD & BAD experience of a customer can be multiplied 250x at least. word of mouth (on who is good, or bad) is the best & cheapest way of marketing their products
dapat next time punta dealership: i'm here to look at your car, btw i am from tsikot - we have about X,YYY members, hehehehehe

June 12th, 2006 04:20 AM #36i think yng mga bulok na dealership depende na yan kng saan dealership e worst for me is honda libis !!!!!!! sobrang hindi ka pinapansin walang pakialam mga tao dun ! i really dont know kung bkit pa sila nagtayo ng dealership kung ganun ugali ng mga sales agent nila and this didnt happen to me once but siguro mga 5 or 6 times na kasi minsan kami ang titingin minsan naman nagpapasama mga kaibigan e yun ang nadadaanan so dun nlng !
pero in other dlearships naman like benz pga bmw toyota etc maayos naman silang kausap, accomodating at nagfofollow up sayo so besides honda libis matino naman yung ibang napuntahan namin na dealership
and for me khit na senior ka or bago ka lang mahilig ka man sa kotse or hinde you still SHOULd know kungano yung binebenta nyo na kotse specs lahat lahat its not an excuse

C'mon... September 2004... ang hina n'yo. Ano ba ang super-hit nung time na yan?
And yeah, car salespeople should really know more about their vehicles. Dealerships should take all their salespeople on test drive sessions (schedule it as a company outing) to make them appreciate the product more.
