Except used nga lang siya. Tempting eh for a price of 5K with L ported box ( na dinig ko pa kagad hehe. dont know lang wer it tuned). Sumugal na ako hehe. For many times using jumper cable and burning fuels hindi pa naman umusok vc hehe and not even once na distort siya, im aboved average listener.
May konting scratch lang ang cone at medyo gutay ang carpet ng box and i think glue lang katapat. I still prefer na magsealed para space saver.

Na pansin ko lang hindi ako makatagal sa loob ng jazz at high volume masakit sa ulo hehe (magkakahalataan na) haha.

Na absorb ko about power handling so i dont need pla sobra lakas ng amp kung i use ported box.

1. Yup, a 12" will always be superior to a 8" or a 10" as it can move more air with less cone travel.
2. RE Audio has always been well-loved and well-received

Regarding your question, the answer is.. a simple no. All it cares is the internal space of the box. After all, you can't really know how often will a certain sound wave bounce around inside the enclosure.

For the enclosure, just pay attention to:
1. What material, type, and size of the enclosure.
2. Whether you'll "stuff" it with rockwool or mineral wool inside. Meron effect yan.
3. Its internal bracing. This is how home audio companies sell 6 digit subwoofer enclosures.
4. Orientation. Iba yun sound if you have the speaker fire up or from the side.
5. Where you'll place it in the car.

These are probably the 5 biggest variables on how the subwoofer will sound in your car. #1, #2, and #3 will affect waves of the subwoofer while #4 and #5 is more about acoustics. On a subwoofer basis, #1 is the most important one. But how it'll sound in your car will depend on #4 and #5.

That's why car audio is challenging. Different kasi ang acoustics ng vehicle so even if a certain subwoofer sounds good in Car A, it might not necessarily sound good in Car B if you're hardcore about it
