[QUOTE=userfriendly;819585]Ano ba ang problem? Can you list your system? Does your amp cut off when you play at loud volume for a long time? If it does, your amp might be going into protect mode. This happens when your amp starts to overheat. Easy solution is to make sure your amps have good airflow. Make sure heatsinks are not dirty or blocked. Also never mount amps upsidedown. You can also add cooling fans or lower your volume.
If that is not the problem, try adding a capacitor. It will give your alternator time to catch up.
Mga bosing salamat sa reply, anyways, eto ung issue, not really familiar with the way an amp "cuts off".
Bali nakaharap sya vertically sa rear seats ko, may around 2 inches allowance un from the back of the seats.
May capacitor na rin akong nakalagay, and setup ko e targa x652c (tama ba?) front, stock rear, aura sub, at v12 4 channel na class A(cant remember the model).
Tried scouting for the alternator kasi, wala talaga. Kahit sa mga online shops like ebay wala for my car.

Para sigurado ka you just need to be aware of the impedance of your SUBS and the "load" capacity ng subwoofer mo. Sa ganitong sitwasyon, wiring method ay importante.
SERIES VS. PARALLEL WIRING
Pag sabi ang amplifier ay stable down to 2 ohms, usually referring to the minimum impedance na kaya niyang i handle sa stereo (2 channel) mode, hindi bridged (mono) mode.
A common way to get a 2-ohms stable amp para mag produce ng extra na lakas na kaya niyang ibigay is to wire your speaker in parallel.
Ito ay importante, it is an integral part of the system. A properly sized and built enclosure can turn your pinaka murang subwoofer into performer at tatawanan mo ang yong pinakamahal na subwoofer kung hindi tama ang box na gamit niya.
Dalawang klase ang pag design ng box at very challenging. siguraduhin mo ang tamang sukat para sa tamang volume of air and controlling the box resonances that will compete sa sounds na galing sa woofer and its sounds.
niyuyupi. Size ng box for 10 inch sub is 1 to 1.2 cu.ft.(WxHxL), 12 inch is 1.5 to 2.0 cu.ft. itoy single box lang. Kung dalawang sub na magkatabi sa iisang box then the cu.ft must double.
Remember good qualiy box is a must. Dont use nail on the box, use wood glue and wood screw on all joints and make sure the enclosure is airtight so seal all seams silicon caulking including around the terminal cup.

May 26th, 2007 12:29 PM #844Batang raon,
From your description, it looks like your amp is overheating and going into protection mode. When you turn it off for around 10 mins or so, you give the amp enough time to cool down. After using it again for 45 min, the heat build up is enough to trigger protection mode. Yung V12 mo, orig ba o taiwan? And sure ka ba na class A and not AB? Kasi ang pure class a amps ay mainit talaga.
Try installing fans in a push pull configuration. One fan pulls fresh air in and the other acts as a exhaust fan. Computer fans work great, dami sa SOS. Or just relocate your amp.
I don't think its your alternator cause if its the alt, then your prob should be consistent. Also it should be giving you problems when you turn on lights, a/c etc..
James,
Personally, kay TEAM cars ko palang nasubukan pero they all have pretty good feedbacks/reputations. Di ako makapag recomend ng brands kasi di ako updated.

For Sub.
Laging tandaan na ang Amps ay require a lot of current to handle loud, low bass notes, and the thicker the wire, the more current it can deliver.
"CABLE LENGTH"
Amperes ----12gauge ----10 gauge ----8 gauge ----4 gauge ----2 gauge
125-150 ----4-6ft --------7-10ft -------11-14ft ---- 15-19ft ----19-22ft.
105-125
85-105
65-85
50-65
35-50
20-35
0-25
Current estimate.
First, add up the fuse rating of all your Amps. Now figure your amps total steady state average output(divide total RMS wattage by total peak wattage). Then multifly your fuse rating total by your Amps total steady state average output. This gives you a rough estimate of how much current your sound system is going to require.
Estimate your electrical systems reserve current capacity..
Tingnan mo yung alternator amps rating and multifly it by 40 percent.
Needs more advance about details of perfections just ask.

May 26th, 2007 04:37 PM #847Pwede bridge channel 1 and 2 and connect to right speaker. Bridge 3 and 4 and connect to left speaker. Just make sure both crossovers are set to high pass or all. If all make sure you have passive xovers on your seps. However, I think it this will give your seps too much power, 200 watts each. If I remember correctly your seps are rated for around 60 watts, tama ba? Baka pumutok ang speakers mo.
Also, take note that this setup will be hard to tune. I think you will be in mono.

http://tsikot.yehey.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=10
So what's wrong with increased coolant concentration? The cooling capacity mostly comes from water,...
Coolant...
