kapag ba nagpadetailing ako mawawala yung mga fine scratches ng car or matatago lang then after few months e lilitaw ulit?

pinaglaruan kasi ng mga bata yung car ko kaya daming gasgas pero mababaw lang naman...

if matanggal kasi totally sa detailing shop e papadetail ako pero if matatago lang temporary yung gasgas e hindi nalang...

Proper detailing will remove scratches permanently, not merely hide them. Of course, this assumes that the scratches are not so deep that removing them would no longer be safe. The rule of thumb is, if you're able to catch your fingernail in the scratch, it's too deep to safely compound and polish away - you'll be removing too much clear coat. In this case, detailing will minimize the appearance, but not totally remove the scratches. Just make sure you go to a reputable detailer - there are some detail shops which just use filler-heavy products to hide scratches, such that they reappear a few washes later.

at least i got a microtex nanosil sa moa yesterday.

tamang tama, na quarterly detailing ako after ko mag moa.

    - shampoo
    - clay
    - carlack twins
    - uqw

    - shampoo
    - clay
    - nanosil (hand applied lang)
    - twins (kaso baka matanggal din ang nanosil)
    - uqw

    then weekly is
    - shampoo
    - nanosil (kaso matanggal naman ang twins)
    - uqw

    pano nga kaya help!!!

plan ko kay bigbert kapag may time.

mababaw lang. i think clear coat lang talaga since kapag wipe ko ng wet cloth e nawawala pero bumabalik kapag natuyo and sa direct sunlight lang nakikita.hindi ko din naman nakakapa yung gasgas..

The cleaners in Nanosil may remove the twins. KAIO will remove the crystal fillers left by Nanosil. You may apply KSG over Nanosil but it may not be durable as compared when it is applied to over twin.

Use Nanosil if you have swirls and minor imperfections. The purpose of Sil is to hide them. If you do not have swirls and minor below surface imperfections, there is no need to apply Sil. Stick with the Twins.

You may use the three of them. Use KAIO to clean the paint. Then Sil to fill the swirls, etc. Finally, protect the paint with coats of KSG. The you have your weekly application of UWQ. If the swirls reappear, go back to KAIO-Sil-KSG.

nanosil with the twins is still a big questionmark... since KAIO will effectively remove it, and ksg over nanosil won't last as long... nanosil over the twins is also unknown since nanosil has some cleaning properties due to the nature it's recommended method of application (with pressure! and rotary buffer!)

at the moment it functions as an alternative to KAIO... more durable, more swirl filling... parang super super glaze sya. hehe.

I'd recommend skipping the twins if you want to try out nanosil. you'd be surprised with the filling, especially if it's machine applied

if that is the case, pwede kong mag weekly (shampoo, sil, uqw) na ang effect e parang laging nag kaio+ksg ako ++ more pa. then since gawin ko weekly ok na rin di ko maging problem ang durability...hmmm...pano na yung twins ko hehehe...observe ko ng 1 month na gawing kong part ng weekly ko then observe ko effect vs twins...

    ty sir...

I do think that NanoSil should last longer than a week - if I remember correctly, during the EB, the claimed durability is 20 washes, so even if it lasts just a quarter of that, you're still good for a month (weekly washes).

if you really need to improve the durability of nanosil, layer a durable wax over it...

Yup. Pang-alternate ko sana sa 915.

    Nakakapagod yung 915

Ah, gets Saw the paste version nung DEB sa Meg's, looks ok, nice slickness, easy-on, easy-off, so I'd guess the liquid would be even easier. Not sure about durability though. Since you're considering a sealant na rin lang (yep, Meg's Ultimate "Wax" is synthetic, hehe) why not try Opti-Seal? Super easy to use - wipe on, walk away, no buffing required! Doing ok on my car at three weeks so far, and I believe it's cheaper than Ultimate Liquid.

8oz - but you can do 4 to 5 cars with 1oz, so 30+ applications. Price with Ravi, last time I checked, was 1,850. Durability of a month or so, a little more if garage-kept and/or boosted with a booster wax.

yeah the Meg's Ultimate Wax looks good... pero namamahalan ako e. I'll wait nalang for EuroFD's review muna.

I reckon 915 will still beat it, hehe. Ed gave me a another affirmation on it during the EB. 'nuff said.

Me remembrance pa ko sa Meg's EB... gasgas yung ilalaim ng bumper ng Corolla ko pagbaba sa parking ramp... buset!
