Dusters are for show cars only that arent exposed to the elements.

Swirls will always be there for most owners, because most owners aren't detailers. Hahaha.


Duster then terry towel? Terry towels scratch paints. Double Ouch. And you didnt mention any lubricant or qd before wiping with the terry cloth. Naawa ako sa car mo.

Clean with car shampoo and mf mits. Dry with mf towels. Two bucket method with grit guards. Not so easy. Option is go get your washed at a good shop.

So ano pala dpat gawin as daily maintenance? How do you get rid of those dusts sa roof & body? Kakabii ko lng ng qd pero d ko pa nagagamit.

We have a black vehicle.
Last Saturday, September 19, pina-New Paint Protection namin sa Big Bert's.
Balak ko sanang pa-car wash tomorrow (exactly one 1 week) and apply Collinite 476.
Then car wash na lang thereafter until the next quarter for the New Paint Protection.

1. OK kaya itong idea?
2. Or is the New Paint Protection Program enough? Weekly car wash na lang?
3. Or I completely forego the Collinite, maintain the quarterly New Paint Protection program and apply Optimum Car Wax after every car wash?


Hoping for your kind thoughts/suggestions, friends.

Why add the 476 over the paint protection? 2 or 3 should work fine.

Looks like early stages of clear coat failure, but I hope I am wrong, you can still try claying and see if this will do the trick, another option is a KAIO, this is a non-abrasive paint cleaner. Hope this helps

Ang laki ng area affected pala. Iba na color. Gaano katagal na yan? Do you wax your car regularly? It does look like clear coat failure. Pag clear coat failure, repaint lang ang solution. Claying will only remove surface contaminants and will not fix paint issues. I suggest bring it to a detailing shop for 2nd opinion.
