First, wash the car.

Then use a good scratch remover.

Then clean the paint, if possible clay it too.

I would recommend Scratch X since I use Meguiar's often. Rub it in perpendicular to the scratch so the rough edge will soften up. Put some pressure on it too, hindi yan baby lotion even if it smells like one.

If that doesn't work, a mild rubbing compound should work. Be gentle with this one naman.
