there's a good anecdote for this situation. Walt Disney who was a great pioneer of animation asked people if he could animate human characters in full color. he asked bankers, investors and even his co-animators if this investment is worth millions of bucks. everyone said no. but he did. the product, the first ever cartoon animation-"snow white". he even said "If you have an idea, push it even if others don't".

now even people ridicule their fellow saying we're 30 years behind of automtive technolgy, then how are we going to even start if everyone is being negative. furthermore, we can narrow that technological gap if we start right now. if we don't, we won't acomplish anything at all!!!

all i'm saying is we've started something here and we're gonna finish this till the end. at the very end, we can laugh at those who didn't believe in us.

What would be the recommended suspension travel for the front.

eto kasi:
tires: 225/85R15 --> dia = 381.75mm unladen
solid tubular front axle: 3" dia --> 38.1mm radius
4JB1T height: 750mm
recommended space around engine: 2" --> 50.8mm

add them all up + (suspension travel - 2") = front hood height

recommended overall vehicle height: 1800

1800-front hood height = windshield height

if suspension travel is 10", windshield height becomes approx 325mm

hmmm...

maybe smaller wheels and lower suspension height or higher roof would do the trick. hirap nmn kapag visibility is limited to one foot.

dropped front axle beams..the ones used on hot rods can give us 4 more inches of space between the axle and the engine oil pan..but it would take away 4" of ground clearance.....would a 6" susp travel for the front do good?

smaller tires wont look good on a 3050 wheelbase and 1800 roofline.......

Safeorigin, you even got your story wrong. Bank of America did lend money to Walt Disney to finance his Snow White movie endeavor.

Plus, Snow White was not Disney's "first ever cartoon animation". Please check your FACTS.
