Ideally those fans should be temperature controlled.

If your engine becomes too "cold" it will affect its fuel economy. There's a temperature sweet spot for all internal combustion engines.

natakot ako dun boss, makakasama din pala yun, am just avoiding overheat but having a cold engine can consume more fuel? am i right?
