Personally, I wouldn't go back to Pasig (though that's up to you). I'd go straight to a different, reputedly better branch for fresh assessment and new set of heads to think about solving my problem. I bought my car in Nissan Shaw but we had problem with them re: registration papers and their service area was filthy and I got hairline scratches after my 1K PMS. After that, tried Nissan North EDSA. After a visit, saw their workshop (very neat). People are just overall better (despite being also owned by the owner of Shaw).

Baligtad naman sa Nissan NE, often, my car comes in not so clean state and I get it well cleaned. As soon as you leave you car, they'll cling-wrap the steering wheel, stick and put paper seat cover.
It's not mother company owned. I won't be going there anymore after the warranty period.

I bought mine February 2014 and it only had 5300 km when the first problem occured July last year. Ang problema di pala 10% depreciation kundi 20%, which means I lose 40% of the purchase price outright plus whatever other defect they see that is not covered by warranty. E scratched na ang paint in several places, gamit ko kasi sa farm yung pick up. I might just opt for a replacement of lower priced car replacement.
Pasok pala Altis ko kasi I bought in Jan 2014. The problem first occurred in September pero only brought it for repair in Jan 2015, 5833 kilometers pa lang. Now my car is at 9000+ na.

According to a very reliable lawyer I know, unless explicitly stated, the Lemon law, like any other law is NOT retroactive as it will disturb the rights of the parties involved in previous transactions.

I say this to you so you won't get frustrated should your complaint get dismissed for lack of merit (due to it being inapplicable). Of course, you're always welcome to do that, but guard your expectations.

If it's any consolation, it seems, these dealers are also unaware of this law's limits, so use the confusion (it won't be long) to your advantage. If they offer to settle and you deem it acceptable, though not enough to make you roll in satisfaction, grab it.

I think may mas applicable na type ng complaint. DTI should be able to guide you through that Or you can sue them for selling a defective product.

    ^Thanks HP.

Toyota picked up my car today. I hope this time they will fix it na. I'll have my 10K PMS done by them na rin.

How can I show that there is totally no air? I think I should buy a pinwheel.

I felt insulted pa when the SA said "bakit pag sa inyo may problema, pag samin wala" PLUS even if the AC is functioning now, they should know how 22 or 28 degrees feels like.

Syempre! Ang sinasabi ko yung faint griding all throughout the ride

    Oh.my.god!

I think the SA did not examine your car directly. He's probably just parroting the reports of the mechanics that were assigned to do your car.
Siguro there was just a token examination of the air conditioner based on a predefined checklist, and not the actual conditions for recreating the problem. (i.e. instead of letting the a/c run under the operating conditions that you described, they probably just let it run with the car on idle, inside the casa, where the ambient temperature is mild.)

Tissue/papel/etc.. lang pwede na, you just need to show air flow lang naman e

When they picked it up were you able to show them that the AC did not work?
    Toyota Pasig parin?

I am beginning to think that casa people are not capable of analysis, diagnosis and troubleshooting. Yes, I think they just have a checklist.

Sabi pa sakin, kung gusto ko manood ako ng diagnosis nila. Ano? Manood ako sa checklist nila? They should know better how to diagnose.

What are the possible cause bakit walang hangin lumalabas sa vent??? Mahirap ba i check yun?
