Personally, I wouldn't go back to Pasig (though that's up to you). I'd go straight to a different, reputedly better branch for fresh assessment and new set of heads to think about solving my problem. I bought my car in Nissan Shaw but we had problem with them re: registration papers and their service area was filthy and I got hairline scratches after my 1K PMS. After that, tried Nissan North EDSA. After a visit, saw their workshop (very neat). People are just overall better (despite being also owned by the owner of Shaw).

Baligtad naman sa Nissan NE, often, my car comes in not so clean state and I get it well cleaned. As soon as you leave you car, they'll cling-wrap the steering wheel, stick and put paper seat cover.
It's not mother company owned. I won't be going there anymore after the warranty period.

I bought mine February 2014 and it only had 5300 km when the first problem occured July last year. Ang problema di pala 10% depreciation kundi 20%, which means I lose 40% of the purchase price outright plus whatever other defect they see that is not covered by warranty. E scratched na ang paint in several places, gamit ko kasi sa farm yung pick up. I might just opt for a replacement of lower priced car replacement.
Pasok pala Altis ko kasi I bought in Jan 2014. The problem first occurred in September pero only brought it for repair in Jan 2015, 5833 kilometers pa lang. Now my car is at 9000+ na.
