Nope di ko nabasa! Ang valuable pa naman ng advise mo. Thanks. Meron ako ng print outs. Yung print out ng 3rd repair nung kinuha ko yung auto wala pa kasi wala pa daw sa system yung ginawa nila. I will call my sa tomorrow to email me the service/repair document. Lemon pa rin ba kahit lampas 1 year na? Pag sa ibang casa ko dinala tapos sira pa rin, pwede pa lemon law? Or forced ako ibalik sa same casa?
Ang kaba ko talaga yun sa ride quality. Kasi hindi siya measurable talaga. Malamang sabihin lang ng casa "ok naman a"
Una ko naramdaman yung AC problem last week ng September 2014. January ko na nadala sa casa kasi I was busy the whole month of October and I was abroad November to December.
January 2015 - casa replaced the compressor. Nothing changed. Still the same symptom, yung complaint ko na ingay andun pa rin at hindi kaya palamigin yung cabin unless I set it at 22C. Na hindi pa rin gaano malamig. Comfortable lang.
May 2015 - brought it back to the casa with the same complaint. They said when the replaced the compressor, kinulang lang ng freon so they just refilled. Again, still the same symptom
July 2015 - casa replaced the compressor AGAIN and condenser, This time it was TMP that worked on the car na daw. My car was in the case for 2 weeks! When I picked it up, ganun pa din! Pagod na pagod na ko sa pabalik balik at nauubos na leave ko sa office! I decided I will just complain again on my 10k check
Sept 11, 2015 - felt my car's rough ride all of a sudden! I thought I had a flat tire nga, and I wished it was just a flat tire! But then again it wasn't. Checked the tire pressure kanina and it was still at the recommended pressure, a little lower lang (31 instead of 32) but not enough for skyway to feel malubak
Sept 13, 2015 - my car is at 9k kms pa lang, bumigay na ng tuluyan ang ac! No air coming out at all! Swerte din na naka long sleeves pa ko kanina and it happened at 3 pm :rant:
BTW yung brake at steering hindi rin ako masaya! Pero I am sure pag nag reklamo ako sabihin na naman nila, okay naman a!

In my opinion, if I was in your shoe. I would only feel na, niluloloko at tinatarantado na ako ng Toyota.
Everytime you claim for warranty repairs, did you saw at their service bays giving attention to your vehicle or not?

Yung feeling na malubak i had that earlier this year. Replaced my shocks then okay na pero it was for a 10 year old car. Ang unusual para sa bnew car na magkaroon nyan.
afaik hangga't under warranty car mo pasok sa lemon law iyan. you can claim for warranty in any toyota casa of your choice, and yes pasok pa rin sa lemon law iyan hangga't hindi void ang warranty mo.
then follow sir yebo's sound advice, get your documents(job print outs) ready for your next visit sa casa. let them know your plan that goes with the lemon law. ewan ko na lang kung hindi pa sila nataranta diyan.

Nope. Iniiwan ko lang sa casa. Nagdo doubt na nga ako kung pinaltan ba talaga. Pero tingin ko pinaltan naman. Kasi yung first palit ng compressor e may dumi pa ng kotse ko pag balik.
hindi naman bone jarring pero sumakit din ulo ko. Diba sa skyway may mga parang metal na parts? Before kasi di ko ramdam yun, pero kanina talagang feeling ko ang lalim ng mga dinadaanan ko. I can't fathom paano masira suspension or shocks ko. Hindi naman ako nalubak ng matindi at walang lubak sa daily route ko. Pero may dinadaanan ako hump na medyo matarik, parang may naramdaman ako dati na parang "blag" hehe. STILL not reason para tumagtag or masira kotse.
Yung 1996 GLi ko never napaltan ng suspension or shocks. Pinapa check ko sa mechanic at sinasabi nila okay pa. This is a 1+ year old. Literally na high blood na ako sa sama ng loobThis is not what I expect from a brand new car. Para din ako nagaalaga ng lumang auto na pabalik balik sa pagawaan

Yun yung ibig sabihin ko. Yung bumps sa skyway na metal pag dinaanan ng car parang ang sakit sa ulo. Walang play yung shocks. You need to have this checked sa casa. Since within warranty ka pa covered naman suspension parts as far as i know. Nakapalit na ko ng shocks na nagleak na ng toyota innova within warranty. Sad to hear your story. Isipin mo the reason you buy a toyota is because of the brands reliability tapos ganyan.
Cathy has to collect all pertinent information and at least try another Tyota Dealer first. Extra effort is still effort. Wasted or not its her job to do it. It might even help. Otherwise she can find a person who can mediate matters for her at another dealership.
If she plans to file a complaint with DTI then she has to have bullets to back her up.
Possible pala yan na within warranty nasisira ang shocks?!?! Yes! That is what I meant na metal parts ng skyway, feeling ko dumadaan ako sa canal pag dumadaan ako sa metal na yun, e ang dami nun sa skyway diba?
Kinakabahan na talaga ako sa future ng kotse ko pag out of warranty na. It was a really bad idea to get the first batch of Altis that came out![]()
I will go to Toyota Bicutan or Toyota BGC muna. I heard good things about these casas. But I will still send an email complaint to Toyota Motors Philippines and the casa where I brought my car for repairs.
