VKool OEM vs. 3M tint/s

No RFID issues with vkool OEM? Last time nagpakabit ako ayaw mabasa ng reader nya ung tag thru the tint kaya nag-cut siya sa front windshield ko haha vkool OEM 20 ung akin.

Anyone using Vkool K14 for WS? How's night driving with it? I have stage 3 morimotos retrofit installed and wondering if the light can compensate the tints at night. Also if magkaka issue ba sa NLEX easytag?

I'm using OEM35 for windshield while OEM20 for sides and rear on a sedan. Visibility at night is good.

Naka-super black kasi ako ngayon, pero hirap na ko sa night driving. Although important din talaga nowadays yung darker tints since madami na cases of basag salamin.

Mejo visible lang yung interior kung maaraw. Night driving hindi mahirap visibility kahit umuulan.

For similar reasons, I switch on my headlights when I go through underpasses, even when its bright outside and the tunnel is short. Most won't bother, but it will help you see if there are open manholes in the tunnel (alam nyo naman mga kalye natin) and, it improves your visibility to those cars na naka super dark tint.

Besides, how inconvenient is it to flick a switch on & off for a minute or two?

Yep, will go with that option na siguro, although I’m also thinking of OEM20 front and rear then OEM05 sa door windows.

No worries, its a projector retrofit. All lights on the ground.

Yup un pinainstall ko. Vkool oem at first pero i dont like the glazed look so i went with 3mcs thou they said heat rejection and visibility wise, oem vkool is better.

I asked the dealer to install BC20 on the sides/back and FXST20 on the WS.

Supposedly the VLT of the BC20 is just 17% and 23% naman for the FXST20.

Pero bakit ganun? Mas madilim yung windshield ko kahit mas marami dapat ang ilaw na papasok based on the VLT figure?

Ganito ba talaga or FXST5 yung nakabit ng dealer instead of FXST20?

The reason I'm asking is because I want to change the WS tint, either to 3M CS5 or VKool OEM5. Masyadong tagos kasi yung init sa current tint ko. But I want to know if I can handle the darkness of these tints. Kung nagkamali yung dealer at FXST5 na pala ang nakainstall sa akin ngayon, then I won't have any issues with these new tints.

I need a new WS tint with TSER of 60% or more.
