The aluminum Xiaomi smart luggage is almost as good as Rimowa.
Yes, I typed XIAOMI. No, this isn't a joke.

go for the ones with the heavy or double zipper. hindi siya mabubuksan agad pag tinusok ng matulis na bagay like ballpen. i prefer the Delsey brand.

June 21st, 2017 04:40 AM #15So sorry if there's existing thread.
I will be adding check-in baggage going back probably since Im going to buy in HK. How I wish I could have thought this early on..
Heard about that sale in Binondo for the luggage? I've got several hits when I tried to search online. Does it seem to be good to be true if the prices cheaper or are they selling like class a or something fake?

Samsonite all the way. I prefer light hard shell as it's very durable and waterproof in case it rains or snows. I hate those fabric luggage as it easily tears especially at the corners and it get soaked and wet when it rains.
I still have my Cosmolite after a few years of owning it. Durable as ever. I have the Samsonite hardside luggage set (big and small) and bought it for USD150 at Costco. Together with that, I bought the carbon fiber that also comes in a set at USD150. Very cheap in the US compared to the Philippines. I prefer double wheel type rather than the single one as it's very smooth and easy to steer around.

I prefer delsey brand and yung fabric material pag checked in baggage, those hard case luggages after several use ay nababasag lalo na kng mabigat, binabagsak yata ng mga luggage handler sa airport.
