    Thanks sir anthon.

Anyone knows a supplier of AISIN clutch lining and pressure here in the philippines? Planning to start an auto parts business here in our hometown.

    TIA.

so if a customer comes with sliding clutch and our technicians sentence it as replace clutch disk due to wear. everything is replaced.

we do it so that we wont have a back job and have to remove the transmission again.

Do others out there just replace the worn part? Just the clutch disk and not the whole clutch assy?
in my case for my ertiga, the casa told me to replace the clutch release bearing OEM for P8,844. nagtaka ako kasi ang daling nasira ng clutch release bearing na 14K+ milleage in two years di pa naman masyadong nagagamit yung sasakyan ko. i'm not sure if this is overpriced? bigla nalang nawalan ng resistance yung clutch pedal at di na pumapasok yung gears. tapos pag park ko may nakita akong tagas ng fluid.yung brake fluid reservoir nagka roon na rin ng bawas kasi isa lang pala source ng fluid nya.naka pull down ang transmission na ngayon ang kotse ko. tanong ko lang kung saan makabili ng medyo murang clutch release bearing at ano yung recommended brand?

i wouldn't scrimp on the release bearing. i'd buy the "better and probably more expensive" brand. i usually ask the counter guy, which is mas matibay, even if it is more expensive.
the cost of labor in replacing the bearing, is sometimes more than the cost of the bearing itself.

and if have/want to relace the entire clutch assembly, if the car were a non-japanese car, i would ask the store if they have the japanese equivalent. that is what i buy. it is probably more expensive, but "mas suave ang pidal" afterward.
    my experience.

In my experience on our delivery vans, the entire clutch assembly should be replaced. There was a time where we just replaced the release bearing
after some time, just a year we have to open the transmission to replace the pressure plate. so lesson learned replace the entire clutch system.
clutch disc, pressure plate, release bearing and pilot bearing. check clutch operating/secondary and clutch master for leaks. You can use made in japan replacement, I think the best is Aisin, also used for OEM.
What we usually use is Exedy for its accessibility from our supplier.

I think with the ertiga its unusual, ang bilis naman masira ng release bearing, sa mga L300 usually abot ng 100k km bago masira sometimes more pa. alam mo naman paano gumamit ang delivery.

gamit naming release bearing basta made in japan. NTN, Koyo I don't remember the other brands but tumatagal na siya as long as the disc.

Question lang mga sirs, i have this suzuki multicab , replaced the pressure plate, clutch disc, release bearing and another bearing. Replaced the clutch cable too, so bago lahat. Anybody experienced the same issue? Wala naman ako naging problema sa 1st and reverse using the old plate. Meron ba talaga na defective na brand new parts? And should the shop reimburse kasi nga ayaw gumana ng clutch using their brand new pressure plate?

Actually yun pressure plate at disc eh identical as in.

Ayaw daw bumitaw nung pressure plate as per the mechanic. Since bago akala ko naman lalambot yun spring pag sinalpak
