i always take buendia flyover.. kalayaan.. then right sa BGC.. kahit rush hour ok pa din kesa mag mckinley.. or pag trapik talaga ang paseo.. minsan mas maluwag pa ang ayala.. dinediretso ko na ayala.. then flyover to EDSA then right sa kalayaan.. bihira na ako mag mckinley..

Road diggings. And they allowed left turns from McKinley to 5th Ave again.

Why oh why? They should just let the cars go straight since there are other ways for those who want to get to 5th Ave.

BGC should study their traffic flow and see if they can implement a one way system on some interior roads (like what Makati does).

Kailangan na ng underground tunnel system.

Not really underground... it just needs MORE and WIDER roads between EDSA and C5. The current narrow two to four lane roads are not capable anymore to handle the volume of cars passing through the area.

Sa Tandang Sora naman napapansin ko mga 5 seconds nalang natitira umaarangkada na ang iba.

I would suggest that during rush hour in the evening, McKinley should be 3 lanes going to BGC. And priority in 5th avenue stoplight should be traffic from makati.

Problem there is that the traffic coming from BGC going to Makati during the evening rush hour has also risen dramatically.

Seems a lot of the families of the Dons and Donyas are already selling off their inherited houses though.

Re: Selling and renting out ... very true! With the noise and pollution emitted by EDSA 24/7, they're better off buying property in the posh "new" villages along the suburbs.

Many so called old rich are plateauing with regards to their wealth, and nagdedemandahan ang mga unico hijo so might as well sell it now and divide the proceeds.

The Dons and Donyas probably miss the days when the Fort was a military camp and they had McKinley Road all to themselves.

And the ones grabbing up the properties are the Chinese families moving out of their old houses or expanding their land holdings.

I guess the options at Kalayaan and McKinley are quite little and the only road they can really expand to go out is Lawton Ave up to Nichols.

Pag ma-traffic, park muna saglit at mag strolling dyan sa mga mall. Sa dami ng eye candy dyan na paikot-ikot at nag jo-jogging, malilimutan nyo rin ang traffic na yan ..

Patapos na ang low and wide part. Yung tower medyo paakyat na rin. Visible sya from C5.


Got on the West Route bus 8PM at EDSA. Got off at Net1 9PM. Hukay na naman sa McKinley. Avoid at all costs

Parking at BGC is a total NIGHTMARE! I'm not sure if it has something to do with Christmas season. You have to wait in line for at least 15 minutes to get a slot. Even parking at S&R is hard na rin
