Somewhere along C5 near McKinley Hill intersection or Palar tunnel. Waist-deep flood.

Levi Mariano avenue portion in front of the newly built Taguig city hall was flooded as well. Probably just gutter deep. That's the first time I saw that happened

When the politicos themselves get stuck in those horrible traffic situations that even the wang wang escorts can't do anything.

Haha a friend of mine says this everytime it rains. Ang babagal daw ng mga tao mag drive.

After seeing that incident with the bike I'm ok with people driving slow. A little water does make a huge difference in safety.

i used to play chicken with the car's gas gauge.
i lost only once. buti na lang the gas station was a hundring meters away.
with today's changing times... no more playing chicken with the gas gauge.

The wife took 4 hours to get from Makati CBD to C5 last night. Grabe.

SB SLEX tailend abot na hanggang Heritage this morning. On EDSA abot na hanggang Dusit. EDSA NB was surprisingly light siguro dahil madami na naipit sa SLEX.

Lesson learned the hard way sa akin yang SLEx kapag umulan (kahit hindi malakas).
Note to self, kapag umulan: iwasan ang C-5 dahil baha sa Ususan; iwasan ang SLEx dahil baha sa bandang Bicutan exit.
Umalis from Las Piņas before 7pm, dumating sa Marikina 11pm. Then San Pedro by 12am. Took EDSA - Buendia-Makati - Paseo de Roxas - Arnaiz - Skyway. Kikitang kita ang SLEx walang galawan hanggang San Pedro! Going back to LP took the National Highway - Alabang-Zapote. Late ako sa office, 8am nko nagising.

i am interested, because, like many others, i go south on a regular basis.

Ewan ko nga ba kung bakit di kumikilos ang mga authorities eh alam naman nilang taon taon itong nangyayari. Perhaps busy sila sa pagpataba ng bulsa o pitaka.

All rain water coming from Tagaytay is flowing down to laguna and lower areas. Meantime, the big companies and property developers are building walls around their premises that push out the water further down to SLEX where Alaska successfully blocked their side as well effectively creating a catch basin in the middle of the road.

    so,
hanggang explanation na lang ba tayo?
what about positive action in the very near future, to remedy the situation?
dapat pa bang mag senate or congressional hearing, para may gumalaw?
