Walang available na rfid sticker para sa headlight sa Autosweep kiosk sa SLEX. Tumawag driver ko kung pwede day butasan yung tint sa windshield para makabitan ng sticker. Binigyan daw sya ng cutter at cut out para sya mismo mag cut.

Wala din sila pang test if gagana sa tint kaya no choice kundi mag cut ng tint. Basta sabi daw, pag 3M pwede idikit, pag hindi, cut ka ng tint.

Bakit yung ibang rfid sticker may logo ng autosweep? yung sakin transparent lang na may black? pareho lang?

Basically walang any element/material inside that 3M medum tint that can affect radio waves/detection of RFID. Ang main culprit naman ng issue with RFID on tint is the UV Rejection ng Tint. Yung standard na libre na tint sa casa, dapat walang issue yun sa alam ko.

But, to avoid issues, ayaw na lang ng Autosweep and Easytrip idikit kung may tint sana. But if pipilit ng owner and may issue, may clause naman sa RFID na kung need mo ng bago, bayad ka. Yun yung protection on the side of Autosweep and Easytrip if overrule sila sa rules/standards nila about sticking on windshields with tints.

Yung isang kotse namin naka 3M dun nilagay ng installer ng autosweep na detect naman. Walang pang test yun na ginamit basta tiningnan lang nila kung 3M.

Umayos na Easytrip ko. Roundtrip sa C5 earlier. Both times walang issue sa toll and the charges appeared almost immediately on the app.

Both stickers nasa kabilaang headlights. Naka full tint kasi windshield neto. Di na sila nagtanong anong brand. Basta may tint headlight ang kabit.

Yung sakin sir naka full windshield 3M tint from casa. Color Stable ang variant at wala naman naging problem sa autosweep at easytrip. Autosweep RFID was installed sa likod may rear view mirror.

Naka merge nga pala rfid ko and sa CALAX ko palang pala natry yung easytrip ko at wala naman naging problema. I hope pag nag NLEX ako e wala din maging aberya.

If I were 3M, I'd launch a campaign right now that my Color Stable line of tints are RFID-compatible.

Big selling point yan for people buying tints these days, and it's something that VKool and the others can't claim for some of their products.
