What they should have done is whether you have SLEX or NLEX RFID acoount, it should work in any expressways. You shouldn’t be required to apply for another account. It defeats the purpose of seamless integration. What we have now is just for aesthetics having one RFID tag for all expressways.

Bro - Just remove the RFID sticker on that car and it would not count on your billing... Also destroy the card... These should do it....The buyer need not know that the car has those....
And just to be doubly sure... Write a formal request to the slex/nlex management to disable the RFID on the car....
