Nadali na rin ako dati nung Swerving Violation. Until i checked this The Official Website of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority. 750 daw penalty fee ko. Wala kasi ako nakita na swerving sa violation and penalties ng MMDA. Paki point naman sakin kung meron baka naduling lang ako at hindi ko nakita.

750 singil for swerving? wala sa list nila yung amount ng penalty. meron ako kakilala nung paglabas ng naia 3 going to alabang, siningil siya ng 2,000 for that penalty alone! meron din ako nakita dun sa list nung enforcer na yun na yung seat belt 500 agad multa. hindi ba't dapat 500 lang kapag 2nd offense? 250 lang kasi for first offense eh then 1,000 for 3rd ayon sa site nila. pero sa list nung enforcer na yun isa lang at darecho 500 agad ang fine. meaning ba nito eh pati ba naman hawak nilang listahan eh edited na?!

pag MMDA nakahuli, they will just issue you a TVR. pero pag traffic enfocer, kukunin ung license mo and you have to pay plus seminar pa. fyi.

according to PD1605 and to gr 102782; hinde puwede unless nag park ka sa gitna ng kalye or obstructing the flow of traffic by being a obstruction.. And they can also confiscate it ifyou are already on your consecutive 3rd offense and or a reckless driver or D.U.I., and also you are driving a dilapidated vehicle - unworthy being driven on the roads. other than that suppose to be wala. last week, pinara ako ng mmda when i was about to turn right from naia road to domestic road. i was expecting my violation would be swerving but when i asked him what my violation was, the mmda guy said "LANE MARKING". i thought, what the hell is that? really? meron pa lang ganong violation? of course, the guy is not really trying to issue ticket... pwede bang isama sa mga pwedeng sagasaan mga kotong mmda's?

Possibly: You did not follow the arrow (turned right on a lane with straight arrow) or you crossed over a solid line marking.
