Parking eh 15sqm x 4. Keribels na 300sqm. (Sala, Kitchen and Dining, Labahan. Maids Room)

2nd storey na syempre kwarto.

I know it's land area. Ang liit ng 300 sq meters for a 4 car garage. Yung 400 sq m nga ang average cut ng lots, puro mga 2 car garage lang.
