No right turn on red light sign?

wag mo bibigay lisensya mo.. kasi pag binigay mo papatawirin ka na don sa kabila sa zuellig.. tapos maglalakad na yun tatawid intersection kaya pawisan na.. kaya di na papayag makipag areglo.. dapat don pa lang sa pag harang sayo maki usap ka na.. mababait naman yang mga yan minsan..

Nahuli na din kami jan dati sa intersection na yan eh. Si wife nag ddrive, nag red bigla yung pa derecho so stop kami pero yung nasa likod busina ng busina. Haha so dumerecho kami, ayun pagdating sa tapat ng BDO pinara kami ng mapsa.

agree 1 & 2 but 3 & 4 totally disagree here. As far as I know no exceptions for gov't vehicles. same rights lang ito ng private/PUV etc... kapag NO RIGHT TURN ON RED SIGNAL pero nag proceed ang private vechiles ay may violation ito. kung ang rason ng motorist, eh ngpotpot nasa likod kong gov't vehicle at bakit ako lang ang hinuli mo? sagot ng TE di ko mahuhuli yan dahil nag iisa lang ako at saka ikaw ang unang nagviolate ng traffic sign...

item nos 4, always remember follow the traffic rules with or without TE on sight.

nagtahan-bound quirino ave corner sshiway. "this lane must turn right". ayun.. walang sumusunod.. traffic build-up tuloy..

Confused din ako dito although I tend to default to "turn right anytime with care" unless na may sign saying otherwise. I remember, pinagtalunan pa namin ito ni misis nung minsan. LOL.

Pag straight ang way mo makikita mo pa din in red, so huli ka kasi red ung traffic light as harap mo, pag nag turn right ka ang applicable na traffic light sayo ay un green kaya free to turn right ka.
