No right turn on red light sign?

Naguguluhan ako sa intersection ng Aurora Blvd (Tramo, Pasay) at Airport road. May sign na no right turn at red pero all the time kumakanan ang mga nasa middle at rightmost lanes.

Para ma-avoid ko na lang na hindi mabusinahan, I stay on the middle lane. Kaso yung middle lane naman may arrow na for left turn only. What's more, many vehicles make right turns from the middle lane din.

Sa mga madalas dumaan don, papano diskarte nyo?

the traffic authorities have allowed. sayang rin naman kasi ang waiting time.
as long as the oncoming traffic from the left is on red, right turn is tolerated. kung minsan nga, ay kinakawayan pa ng TE na "lumiko na kayo!"
but if you are in the middle lane and the vehicle in front is turning left instead of right, sorry na lang kayo. you just have to wait.
rightmost lane is prefered, but it has recently been difficult to line up for it from afar, as there is a roadwork a few tens of meters before the corner, blocking half that lane.
