No PLATE No TRAVEL Policy?

Moronic LTO chief, he cannot suspend daw kasi it's a law. So why did they only implemented it on April 1 if they did not suspend it? Moron president requires moron followers.

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) will not suspend its “no plate, no travel” policy despite the threat of Sen. Alan Peter Cayetano that Congress would allocate “zero budget” to the agency in 2016 for enforcing the controversial order.
LTO chief Alfonso Tan said that they have no authority to suspend the no plate, no travel policy, which is already law.
“We have no authority to suspend the law,” he told The STAR.
A Twitter post of LTO spokesman Jason Salvador (*JasonSalvador4), dated April 15, said that they are “steadfast in implementing the law.”
“No suspension on the implementation of the no registration, no travel policy,” he said.
Tan, however, said that LTO officials respect the sentiment of lawmakers.
“That’s their prerogative. We just try to work with what we have,” he added.
Asked if they are afraid to have a zero budget for 2016, Tan said “no, it’s [the] public that will be affected.”
Cayetano said that the LTO should suspend the controversial policy for 30 days to allow motorists to secure their registration plates.
He emphasized that the public should not be punished for something not their own doing.
“LTO loses nothing if it suspends the policy for 30 days while plate supply is replenished and the registration system fine-tuned,” he said in Filipino. – With Marvin Sy

Hi Mga idol ako hangang ngayon wala pa dealer is Ford Manila Bay

ayaw nila release yung transmittal bawal daw kaya di ko ma follow up sa LTO besides sa transmittal ano pa kaya puwede ibigay as reference kung nandun na documents ko

Puede silang mag bigay ng copy ng transmittal. Puede karin mag ask ng copy ng CSR. Kulitin mo ang SA or general manager na mismo. yan ang ginawa ko kasi pag may transmittal na, puede mo na magamit ang car ng 7 days after pag submit ng documents provided na mag CSR, COC and official receipt. nung humingi ako ng kya ng transmittal sheet, ang sabi naman sa akin nung branch head e hindi na raw inilalagay ni lto ang pangalan ng car owner at ibang detalye sa transmittal sheet kasi pumupunta raw ang mga tao sa lto at nangunggulit
by batch na raw magrelease ng "claim stub"

how true is this?

Totoo po batas na yan. Yung isa marcos pa land transportation commission law, yung isa anti carnapping law.

So, since its morally correct to implement laws, and considering the rationale behind those laws, then they should implement it.
