Good evening guys! Noob question... I got my unit yesterday with the CSR, COC, and OR. I do not have my CR and transmittal yet. Question is, di ba dapat sabay ang CR sa OR and/or transmittal with the CSR? TIA

While I'm sure we all agree that this is a law, ang kaso prior to April 1 Hindi naman nila ineemforce (sorry sa spelling). So why can't they do the same again until they fix these issues. Or, at least go after the dealers and not the car owners. Just my 2 cents
