Been driving the NLEX to QC for 3 years everyday now.

2018 na hahahaha does anyone know how long it takes para ma-clear yung record ko? Got caught today doing "122 kph" lol we all know hindi talaga yun yung speed, but I admit, nag-speed talaga ako before Bocaue today. Rushing for something.

So yun, 5 years na ba akong di pwedeng umabot sa 3 offenses? Also, magkano na ang fine ngayon, and wala bang seminar stuff?

We were caught last year in SCTEX for overspeeding. 124KPh bro ko tapos ako 123KPh. We paid 1100 each sa LTO main office. No seminar needed.

afaik it's a 3 strikes you're out policy. 1 year suspension sabi sa akin sa lto east ave. not sure though about this 1 year, sabi din lang ng friend ni misis sa lto east ave.

p1100 din binayad ko in the 2 times i got caught speeding at sctex.

now i keep the cruise control at 114 kph. this is true speed confirmed by gps. i have 3/4" diameter bigger tires than oem and the speedometer is on the dot with gps readings. pag oem tires yun 114kph nasa 109kph gps speed lang.

Also, nag-aapply ba yung 72 hours after apprehension? Say Thursday 10:00 AM ako na-apprehend, by Tuesday 10:00 AM, pwede ko na kunin?

strike 3 you're out! yan sabi sa akin sa east avenue. 3 major violations within 1 year (mixed) or 3 major violations of the same nature within the 2 year validity of the license and your license will be suspended for 6 months. and do take note that the process of getting the license after the suspension is the same as for getting a new license. yun ang masaklap, driving exam ka ulit!
